State election laws require that I report the name, address, place of business
or employer, and occupation of all contributors.
The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $2,000 per person or entity
per election. Corporate contributions are permitted under state law.
Donations are not U.S. tax deductible. However, on your Arkansas tax return, an
individual may take a political contribution as a tax credit, up to $50 for an
individual and $100 for a couple per tax year.
